Feliz Envio Industries operates two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in Taloja, Mumbai, and Silvassa, Gujarat. These plants specialize in the production of lubricants, fuel oils, and process oils. Both facilities are ISO-certified and are equipped with in-house lab facilities, adhering to international quality standards. Strategically located near sea ports, the plants ensure easy access to imports and exports, enabling efficient supply chain management and reach to central warehouses.
Additionally, Feliz Envio has tied up with major blenders for toll blending to meet the increasing market demand. The combined production capacity across these facilities is approximately 45,000 MT per annum.
Our storage infrastructure is a key component in optimizing material handling and offering cost-effective services. Feliz Envio owns both in-house and port storage facilities, totaling around 5,000 KL. Given the growing market demand, we are actively expanding our storage capabilities. We have also partnered with overseas warehouse providers to manage bulk cargo volumes and ensure effective trade operations.
Research and Development (R&D) is a cornerstone of Feliz Envio’s operations, aiming for continuous growth and excellence. The R&D Cell, equipped with modern testing facilities, develops customized products that strengthen long-term business relationships. Our R&D efforts go beyond product solutions to include value-added, sustainable, and cost-saving projects. The center also offers troubleshooting, problem-solving, lube oil management, and energy conservation services, contributing to the development of cost-effective solutions.
Feliz Envio has established a robust sales network across both domestic and international markets. Our branch offices are strategically located in key metropolitan cities, with plans for further expansion into international markets. Our experienced sales professionals, available across India, offer technical support and superior customer service to our clients.
Feliz Envio adheres to both local and global statutory regulations, including compliance with the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) and the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) for the production and storage of chemicals and colorants. However, our commitment goes beyond regulatory compliance. We believe in proactive environmental conservation. Our “Make a Tree” initiative, in collaboration with local educational institutions, educates children about the importance of tree preservation and waste reduction.
Our efforts to reduce waste include enhancing resource reuse without compromising the quality of deliverables. Through our Minimum Impact on Environment (MIE) strategy, we ensure all areas of operations align with sustainable practices. The management team, along with cross-functional members, is continuously working toward improving environmental conditions.
Safety and Welfare: Safety is a top priority at Feliz Envio. Our employees are trained according to their respective departments to handle routine and emergency situations. We ensure the availability of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), TREM cards, and safety instructions for chemicals and intermediates.
In addition to safeguarding our own team, we practice the “Know Your Neighbors” program to ensure the safety of the surrounding communities. We are also committed to preventing child labor and work closely with social organizations, NGOs, schools, and colleges to ensure that children in our vicinity have access to education and a better future.
Mr. Debottam Bannerjee is the Founder and Promoter Director of the Feliz Envio Group. He holds a B.Tech in Engineering and Marine Engineering from ITME, Mumbai, and has over a decade of experience in the Marine and Shipping industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Bannerjee has been committed to integrating sustainable development practices and responsible business strategies to foster progressive growth for all stakeholders.
Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, he founded Feliz Envio with an oil-blending plant, and under his leadership, the company has grown rapidly. Within just five years, he led the company to the milestone of becoming a 100 Cr enterprise, expanding into various sectors within the energy and petroleum industries.
Mr. Bannerjee is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations both in India and at the company’s new UAE office. His responsibilities include sourcing, operations, sales, and steering the organization towards achieving its long-term vision and goals.
Mr. Satish Joshi is the Founder and Promoter Director of the Feliz Envio Group. He holds a Commerce degree and an MBA from the D.Y. Patil Institute of Management, Mumbai. With over a decade of experience in the Petroleum and Shipping industries, Mr. Joshi has worked across various functional levels, contributing to the company’s growth and operational success.
Similar to his co-founder, Mr. Joshi leveraged his entrepreneurial acumen to help establish Feliz Envio with an oil-blending plant. His dedication and strong business values have driven aggressive growth, enabling the company to reach the 100 Cr milestone in just five years. The company has since expanded its operations across the energy and petroleum sectors.
Mr. Joshi is responsible for managing the daily business activities in India and the company’s expanding UAE office. His focus includes sourcing, operations, sales, and driving the company towards its long-term strategic goals.
Mr. Sanjay Biniwale is a seasoned professional with over 3 decades of experience in Strategic Planning, Marine Operations, Process Improvement, Procurement, Team Management and Project Management on board various ships.
With academic background with Mechanical Engineer and certification with EXIM Trade & Chartering course, have a rich professional experience working with engineering & shipping industry.
Engaged with FELIZ ENVIO group as one of the founding partners from its inception and guiding the organization growth.
